About the founder

Antonia Pérez Bravo

Founder of ToBridge Coaching

Having lived and worked in various countries, she’s been in touch with many different ways of thinking and doing. She loves dancing, sports and challenges in general, but most of all, she loves deep meaningful encounters with others. Antonia studied BSc Psychology at the University of Exeter and then went onto pursue a MSc in Occupational Psychology at the University of Nottingham. After years of experience in the private, educational, and social arena, Antonia underwent a postgrad in coaching, where she was certified as an Executive Coach by the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She was inspired to start ToBridge after seeing first hand how coaching can really help you bridge the gap from where you’re at and where you’d like to get to, bringing joy not just to one person, but all those around them.

The art of visualisation is at the very core of ToBridge how-to. It allows us to really feel, touch and hear the future that we seek. How would you like to see yourself in three months-time? Did you know that we’re only conscious of 5% of our daily thoughts? That means that 95% of our behaviour is conducted automatically. Imagine all the things you could achieve if you could increase your awareness level! By learning how to recognise your thought patterns, you can then do something about it.
